Summer is rolling along here at Bonanza, and we’ve been keeping cool by building out the new My Bonanza features. Today I wanted to give an update and share some more information about My Sales, the new dashboard just for sellers.
The main reason we decided to create this page is to give our sellers a better workspace. The existing My Bonanza page has a lot of great features — an assortment of stuff for buying, selling, and general account use. However, even with all we had on the page, we realized we were still missing a lot of useful information specific to sellers.
The new design had several goals, the main one being to expose more useful information in one page. We wanted to make new transactions more visible, give sellers more information about sales and traffic, and provide quick access to booth and advertising tools. The page also includes more content designed to help sellers, including tips, articles, and promotions.
There are many things to look forward to on My Sales. Here are the top features we think will be really useful.
We redesigned the way we show notifications at the top of the page. Sellers will see a brightly colored alert for new transactions (new sales, new offers, orders to ship) and for new messages. When clicked, the alert expands to show more detail and, if there’s more than one transaction, lets you click directly to each one.
You can see when a new transaction has taken place and get a quick summary without having to leave the page. It serves as a reminder of offers that require your attention and messages awaiting your reply. Click on an offer or message to navigate there directly and take action.
We created a table that shows the last 5 sales, and includes some basic details about the transaction, such as the customer, order date, and total price. It also indicates which sales are new, and which orders have been shipped already.
The Recent Sales section gives a summary of newer transactions and allows you to navigate directly to each one. It also serves as a quick reminder if an order needs to be shipped.
We added a graph to the page that shows your booth and item views, sales, and ad traffic all in one place. You can use filters to see activity over different time periods. Additional sections show the top 5 viewed items, as well as a feed of users who have marked you as a favorite seller, added your items to their wish lists, and provided feedback about recent transactions.
These sections consolidate information about sales, traffic, and popular items into one place. You can get a snapshot of different activities, examine traffic trends over time, and see which items are being viewed most.
We created a new tools area, which links to tools for advertising, adding items, editing images, batch imports, and more. It includes tool recommendations, to keep you up to date about new tools to try out. We also developed a new seller navigation that reorganizes the long list of links into a set of logical groups.
Both of these features should make finding what you need quicker and easier. The tools section provides quick access to the important, frequently used tools. The navigation contains more useful links without feeling overwhelming or disorganized. It also uses visual cues to help navigate to new orders or offers (much like the alerts).
We’ve added a couple of spots to recommend new blog posts and useful articles for sellers. We also created several slots throughout the layout to display contextual tips, links to resources, and special offers.
Some of the most frequently asked questions are just about getting started selling or getting more sales on Bonanza. The new tips and content provide more information about the resources and tools available both new and seasoned sellers.
We’re continuing to build and test out the My Bonanza and My Sales pages internally and are getting closer to launch. We’ll provide one more announcement just before we go live, so stay tuned! You bet item stats are still present, your guess is correct that they are filed under “Reports.”

I liked the uniqueness better
Seems easy enough- found everything I was looking for- soon will be as familiar as before- what I noticed in particular is that my photos are definitely clearer and sharper than before. It’s something we’ve always worked hard at but get stuck with vendor shots that are not sharp sometimes. Our really good pics look even better now! Thanks for that!!
I am a new seller at Bonanza and trying very hard to get Joyce’s Custom Gems off the ground. I am always open to suggestions, and would love to make contact with other dealers.
big & clunky, unattractive – other than pictures being sharp & clear, not impressed with the rest…
Batch Edit which is used daily used to be so easy to find & navigate. Now Batch Edit is hidden & takes 3 clicks to get to it instead of just one. Site changes should be user friendly & easily accessible – these changes have made things less accessible, and more time consuming – Not an improvement, but then again Bonanza has never been known to make changes that were really improvements. As usual for this site, another change, but not an improvement.
Where is batch edit, the feature I use most? Clunky and harder to see on iPad.

The Batch Edit option is located under the “My Sales” tab.
If you click on “Items” (the 3rd option from the top), you’ll see “Batch Edit” in the menu that slides out.
And a mobile-friendly version of the new page is coming soon!
Gosh you guys are amaszing. I couldn’t find the stats, WAS SOOO upset, until Judy explained where they were hiding, since I already knew about my sales I’d had, I had not clicked that.
BUT THERE THEY WERE and LOOK GREAT!!! Overall the new look is clean and beautiful, AND WORKS! (the best part) KUDDO’s to ALL of you and all your HARD WORK to make this such a Cooool place to be. Proud to be here!
