All my jewelry is hand-crafted and one-of-kind using fine crystal beads and/or genuine gemstones such as amethysts, carnelians, citrines and even a few real pearls. I also hand-weave my own durable chains and hand-wound roses in silver-nickel, copper and gold-filled wire. Pieces include bracelets, earrings, eye-glass holders, adjustable rings, and necklaces, some with interchangeable pendants. Such pieces can be bought for discounted prices together, such as bracelets and necklaces with matching earrings or separately. I offer discounts for sets and multiple purchases. A little about me: I’m a retired Humanities professor with a published novel and numerous articles and conference presentations on a wide variety of subjects, both literary and research on teaching strategies such as concept mapping. Always looking for new ways to express my creativity, I turned to jewelry making and find this both challenging and ultimately satisfying. Miscellaneous details
All my jewelry is wear-tested for comfort and durability. Many are adjustable and cuff bracelets slide on easily and are scratch-free. The crystals I use are the finest from the most famous European manufacturer. Unfortunately, they no longer make these crystal beads, making them harder to source. It’s also unfortunate that they forbid the use of their brand name in advertising jewelry including their crystals. Why? Who knows! In any event, you can find them with a simple search for fine European crystal. It’s a name familiar to most.
