Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! We want you to be happy with your purchase from our online store. To ensure a consistent experience for buyers, we are inviting you to familiarize yourself with our return policy. All sales from our Bonanza store are processed in accordance with the return rules below:
1. Please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) after receiving your items.
2. Refunds are issues only after we receive the original items in their original condition. Returned items with any alterations, open/removed seals, damage done due to user error will not be refunded.
3. Returns that are due to our negligence will be processed at our expense. If the wrong item was sent to you, or we have made a mistake, we will cover all expenses related to the return, shipping costs, and reimburse the buyer accordingly.
4. Returns that are due to customer error or customer changed his/her mind and wants to return an item are subjected to a 30% shipping and handling charge that will be deducted from the original payment. Also, the shipping costs associated with the above-described returns are responsibility of the buyer.
5. When shipping the return items back to us, the buyer is required to pack well the return order, and provide tracking and insurance.
6. All original packaging, boxes, manuals etc. included in the original shipment must be returned in order for us to issue a refund accordingly.
