Production & Handling
Every item in our shop is 3D-printed on-demand at our studio in Juneau, Alaska. Because we craft each piece specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or for large terrain sets, we will notify you if additional production time is needed.
?Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure reliable delivery from Alaska to the lower 48 states.
?Estimated Transit: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days once handed to the carrier.
?Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking number when your label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the initial scan.
?Packaging: We use a “suspended” packing method with internal structure (shredded paper, bubble wrap, or foam) to ensure fragile miniatures do not shift or rattle during transit.
?International Orders
Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
