Domestic Shipping (US)

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which generally takes the carrier estimates deliveries time to arrive. If you would like your pieces sooner, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order about expedited options, and related additional cost. All domestic shipments include tracking information, as well as delivery confirmation. International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Your package will be shipped using USPS First Class International or Priority Mail. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, and also kindly be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on the package’s journey will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All packages will be shipped marked as Merchandise, made in the U.S.A., and at full value. PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left the U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the customs number. I cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take an indecipherable amount of time to be cleared by customs. I cannot take action on “missing” items until at least 45 days have passed. Please contact me if you require a faster shipping method, Registered Mail with international tracking information, or if you would like for me to include insurance; I will be happy to check into available options, specific to you. Insurance We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me prior to making a purchase, so that I may adjust the invoice. Turnaround Please be mindful of my allotted time frames given for Made-to-Order items, as specified in unique listings. The turnaround times in my listings take into consideration other open orders. We do not consider weekends or national holidays as “studio days,” please allow us this leeway when considering the turnaround on your order. The “Ready to Ship by” date is visible on each listing, and at check-out. Expedited Orders Need your pieces sooner than stated in the listings? Please contact me, and I will do my best to bump your pieces to the front of the queue. Packing and Handling We package all Osha Designs pieces as carefully as possible. Each comes in a hand-printed or gift box, which is carefully padded in an envelope or box (as required per shipment). Please note that my S+H prices reflect the cost of shipping, plus labels, packaging, and ephemera.
