If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;

services that take 2-3 business days from coast-to-coast (all of our products ship from our primary warehouse in Los Angeles, CA).

Be sure to include a list of the products you’d like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsIf an item is received damaged or faulty please email me within 7 days. In most cases it is necessary to post the faulty/damaged item to me and after receipt I will organise for a replacement item or a refund. Sorry, I cannot make exchange or refund for an item which was incorrectly ordered by the customer or change of mind.
If after 4 weeks of purchasing an item and it hasn’t been delivered, please email me.
• As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
