Full refund available for DOAsIf an item is received damaged or faulty please email me within 7 days. In most cases it is necessary to post the faulty/damaged item to me and after receipt I will organise for a replacement item or a refund. Sorry, I cannot make exchange or refund for an item which was incorrectly ordered by the customer or change of mind.
If after 4 weeks of purchasing an item and it hasn’t been delivered, please email me.
• As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
