Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Please make sure that you entered the correct shipping address. Seller cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry during checkout.
Please allow about 2 weeks for your items to be fabricated (Unless it is specified in the item description – please see item description for handling time for making the item).
Each piece of jewelry is cleaned prior to shipping. Your item will arrive packaged in a gift box
Upon completion, your item will be packaged and shipped to you via Registered Mail Courier Service to get your orders to you. This apply for both US and international orders.
Please take note that the delivery time could take up to 4 weeks or more to reach you depending on the location and other factors after the parcel had been posted to you using “Standard Registered Mail”.
If you wish to have the parcel to be delivered to you via “Express Shipment” – (Estimate 3 to 5 days), it will cost an additional US $20(United States ) or US $25 (Other countries). If you wish to have this option for “Express shipment”, please contact me at email: abagnale1023@gmail.com for the arrangement immediately (on the same day the order being placed).
Alternatively, you can add this “Express Shipment” option as an item in your cart which will take care of it automatically. Search for the item “Express Shipment” at the same booth. Please do contact me at email above if you need further assistance or information.
Courier Service will usually re-attempt for deliveries for up to 2 times, if there is no recipient to receive the item/items shipped. In this unwanted situation, the parcel would be returned back to seller, and seller would not be held responsible for the “lost of time” and “cost of shipment for re-delivery”.
If you wish your item to be delivered or shipped at a specific date/time because you are not available or will be on vacation, special arrangement can be made for the shipment to take place at a specific date and time (please contact me at abagnale1023@gmail.com) upon order placed.
**If the “Shipping Address” is “Out of Logistic delivery area” or is a “PO box Address”, the item/items will be shipped via “Standard Registered Global Mail Service” such as DHL Global Service.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept payments through PayPal payment system. It is fast, secure, and easy to use!. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment via Paypal.
Returns & Refunds
We will do the very best to ensure customer’s satisfaction for the products purchased. Items are refundable for DOA (Dead on Arrival).
If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 7 days upon item/items received
Customs Fees and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees/duties and import charges associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries. Though very rare, it has come to our attention that some post offices will charge a tariff or tax for customers to collect their package (UK in the particular).
