Shipping policy
Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Most manufacturers ship within 1-3 business days, but occasionally, this time may be a few days longer. I DO NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska. I only ship to Continental 48 states.
Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysReturn requests must be emailed to us for Return Authorization. A brief explanation of the reason for return is required. The address for return will vary depending on the item and the reason for return. Defective returns will be provided with prepaid return labels. While we do ship most items free of additional charge, if a return is made for any reason other than a defective item, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping the item to you. We also deduct a restock fee of approximately 10 – 15%, depending on the item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective.
