Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsPlease contact us regarding all returns – 20% Restocking fee on all unwanted returns.
Returns only accepted in original packaging, with tags, in unused/new condition.
At our discretion, all refunds less the original shipping will be honored once the item arrives to us.
Route 25’s ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS will be non-refundable.
Return shipping is non-refundable.
All consideration will be made in the case of damaged, miss-fitment listed or an incorrect item sent.
In the case of an EXCHANGE a customer maybe invoiced for additional shipping.
If the exchangeable item requested is not available when we receive the return we will automatically issue a refund less our actual postal price for shipping.
There is a period of 30 days for the date of purchase to return the item or the return can be refused and/or a 20% restocking fee can be applied.
All return refunds and restocking fee will be at the seller’s discretion.
We will work with you to determine cause of the return.
Note: Any items returned without prior approval will be refused.
