Shipping policy

As a company that cares about our environment and wants to help and minimize our carbon footprint, choosing a partner that shares these same values was very important to us. We partnered with Sendle who offers a 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

Sendle calculates the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given package send. This generates a carbon yield number. Using that number as a guide, they use a portion of each package cost to fund sustainability projects via South Pole.

That partnership enables them to support genuinely world-changing initiatives aimed at preserving and regenerating natural ecosystems, whether it’s restoring endangered rainforest habitats or providing clean water access for communities in Africa. By doing so, they ensure that all Sendle deliveries have a net carbon footprint of zero. Actually zero!

How much is shipping?
Free! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders $30+.

When will my order ship?
Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Saturday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier’s tracking website. Most packages take 3–5 days from the ship date to arrive.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once you place your order and the payment is accepted and confirmed, it is then in the process to be shipped. We do allow a small window of time to make changes. After half hour of placing your order, your order may be packaged and set aside for pickup. This means no changes can be made to an order after that window of time. However, please email us at hello@seasofaction.com as soon as possible with the subject “CANCEL” along with your full name and order number and we will see what we can do!
Where do we ship to:
Currently, we ship to the United States and non-contiguous (Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the other U.S. territories, and Canada. But are looking to update very soon and offer more international shipping.

Return policy

Please contact us if your product is damaged or you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.

Provide a brief description of the issue
Attach a photo of the current state of the product

We will respond back with all details and shipping information to help complete the return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
We can only refund the original payment method.
