Return and Cancellation Policies
Return’s must be within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. If you want to return an item just ask us and we will issue you a authorization number. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or accepted. Return the item by USPS. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given, items must be in new condition. Some returned items will be subject with a 20% restocking fee. Any product shipped at our expense that needs to be returned to us, should be done so at the expense of the purchaser. We do not accept COD shipments.

Shipping
Sunset Services ships US Postal Service, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail for domestic shipping. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of Sunset Services. All orders ship within 2 or 3 business days we receive your order. We are not responsible for any bad weather, or any other acts of God that holds up delivery of your order.
