Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysPartial refund available within 14 days only, not 30. This site has no option to select 14. Items must be postmarked back by 4th day after tracking shows it was received so that it is back to the seller BEFORE 14 days. Any original box, packing materials and all tags must still be attached and undisturbed as shown in the photos or return is void. Any change in condition results in reship back to buyer or 25% or higher restocking fee depending on level of change in condition and/or if tags are still in tact. Due to the possibility of tampering, jewelry, watches, art, head-wear & electronics is not returnable. Furniture that has been inspected and removed from sellers location, returns are void.
