Any other better sales platform suggestions

Hey guys, I’ve been on here about a week with a few hundred items just to see how they did and haven’t made a single sale. I’ve got 3000+ more items in queue, but I’m not going to load them in my booth if they can’t even make a single sale. Now reading your posts about dissatisfaction and no sales I’m ready to check some other platforms. Besides eBay, what other platforms would work for collectibles, antiques, auto parts, clothes, etc? For all the time that it takes to build perfect auctions and get perfect photos, cleaning, repairing, etc. I am definitely not at all willing to dump thousands of hours into a platform where I can come in here and see so many dissatisfied sellers. I had a really really bad feeling about this as soon as I found out they didn’t even have an app on the App Store. Let me know guys please! Looking to move on

eBid is an easy option, as it allows you to import all your eBay items quickly (this is if you pay the one time fee for a lifetime membership, after which you only have to pay 2% fees for sales). The good thing about it is that it advertises your items on Google Shopping. The bad thing about it is that barely anyone seems to use it, and it’s difficult to get sales. It also has a wonky interface. However, it’s hard to beat their fees, so it’s worth a shot. Rubylane is good for collectibles, and Poshmark if you have clothing, though I haven’t tried out either platform myself. Etsy is great for certain items, but you have to put a lot more time and effort into each listing, so I’d recommend it for items that you have multiples of, or high-value vintage/antique items. I’m still trying to find good alternatives to eBay myself, but it’s really difficult. Bonanza used to be a good site where I got several sales per month (the traffic was still minuscule compared to eBay), but now it’s virtually dead.

It’s hard to recommend starting your own website with your own customer base, since if you sell various odds and ends on places like eBay, you probably won’t have a lot of return customers. If you have items that do attract a lot of return customers, you may want to invest in your own website.

I wish I had an easy answer, for your and my sake, but it’s just become harder to sell online, especially with eBay changing their policies for the worse, and raising fees. It’s tough out here. I’d recommend trying to optimize your eBay sales as much as possible by sending out offers regularly, updating your prices regularly, and listing regularly, if possible. Be grateful if you’re making a living online, don’t try to get rich.

best way to grow on here is too manually list a few items everyday & share them to a Pinterest & Facebook Accounts.
Facebook gets your items into their Marketplace search engine, Pinterest gets your images into Bing’s search engine.
and posting new items daily gets you in front of buyers who are searching the ‘newly listed’ option, daily.
if you are trying to "escape Ebay’ then you shouldn’t choose an advertising level that requires you to log into your ebay account in order to benefit from that level.
