All my CDS by the Eagles have been removed on here yet I see other people selling them When I try to relist them, they turn them down they are legitimate retail Cd’s. And don’t snow me I’m a member of ASCAP and I know all about the First Sale Doctrine.

this is part of what bonanza says now about us selling CDS by the Eagles
items may be prohibited by Bonanza, regardless of the items legal or illegal status. It is not that we have anything against such items, it is just that we do not feel that they are a good fit for the audience that we are targeting in our community. To ensure that your account remains in good standing, please refrain from listing such items in the future.
