My question is are we charged listing fees with a membership? I have a membership but was charged an additional fee for listing fees?

Wow, my understanding was that listing fees only applied if you did not have a membership. I’d definitely contact them about that credit. Hopefully you can actually get someone to respond. Also really troubling when multiple pages on the site easily accessible from the home page show “zero listing fees” 9 months after the listing fees [URL removed]
