I can't have any third-party ads on my store. i thought the package i purchased isn't supposed to have ads, but i'm seeing ads, please advise, thank you

When i make a sale does bonanza hold my money like ebay does?

I was an eBay above average seller but recently eBay put a hold on my money for 3 days while I sold an immediate pay item. I can't have that, I require a very quick turn over of inventory. I hope Bonanza does hold payments belonging to their sellers.
