This satin banner was previously framed and given to a lieutenant colonel who as battalion commander of the 302nd at the end of his tenure. Because it was framed, it is unfinished around the edges and has some adhesive also around the edges. There are a few minor dark spots on it, but you have to look pretty closeup to see them and they weren't visible when it was framed. It has some wrinkles (there will likely be more after shipping) and creases that is common to this type of fabric, but could be steamed, ironed or dry cleaned before re-framing it. The colors are vibrant and it displays nicely. The entire banner measures 45" x 30", but the displayable area that was inside the frame is 36" x 24".
