Custom handcrafted by Ms. Elaine for my Daughter in mid-90s, worn for local Pioneer Day event, somewhat Betsy Ross style Fashion. Unique 2 pc outfit includes Cotton top w/ribbons-eyelet lace enhancements + skirt. Top shoulder of blouse shirt to base hem measures approx. 15"; lying flat across front w/back buttons fastened bust pit to pit is 17" (totaling 34" all around including both front back); top outer shoulder seam to ruched ruffled arm opening is 18" ~ top maxi skirt waist to base hem measures approx. 41"; with back button fastened - lying flat across smooth paneled ruched waist front left to right side is 13" (totaling 26" all around including both front back). Inside has Aged stretched worn buttons loops connectors (Buyer's choice to leave alone replace w/ TLC mending for top blouse/skirt back sides attachment, if desired for connected usage). Acceptable Loved/Enjoyed preowned condition: see multiple up-close outdoor photos (individualized machine + hand stitches; sporadic Aged colors mild Off-White yellowing + some red bleed variations; no holes nor tears noticed w/exception of one 1/8" hole within red just above top 4th star left side up from base hem from prior typical usage wear/clean, closet hung/kept storage now nearly 28 years old).
