Vtg Ornate Embossed Brass Desk Ink Well Holder Stand + Carter's Ink bottle glass embossed "9" on underside base, shown. Married set, bottle sits gently atop square hole opening though does not fit snugly. Holder measures approx. 8 3/4" L x 5" W front to back x 2 3/4" Hgt. at tallest curve down back; square hole opening is 1 3/4" L all sides ~ Carter's ink bottle is approx. 1 7/8" H x 2 3/4"W square ~ bottle mouth opening is approx. 3/4" diameter. Acceptable preowned condition: See multiple up-close outdoor photos, varied angles - all sides (Brass has some varied Patina color Aged variations though feels heavy solid; ink bottle has approx. 1/4" chip on 1 side of rim outer lip ~ though clear glass, has mild aurora perhaps sun-kissed toning + some Aged grime/haze residual from prior typical enjoyed usage survival. Have left both alone so not to harm ~ Buyer's choice to display as acquired, or attempt to alter perhaps scrub/polish w/TLC. Smoke-free home.
