This piece is a women?s division of Odd Fellows. This piece has been nitric acid tested and guaranteed (see last picture). There is a S mark on the back of the pin which likely represents silver. Most of these Fraternal Pins were custom made and may not have silver or gold marks. This is an old C clasp style pin closure.
