Ready-to-Hang NB: This vintage, rare print was presented to "Micheal J. Issacs Class of 1982", James Madison University (B.A., 1982), Harrisonburg, Virginia graduate. Attorney Michal J. Issacs is a renowned real estate professional and award-winning child advocate. Approximate Overall Framed Dimensions: 27.25" (H) x 29.8125" (W) x 1.375" (D). Artwork is about 13.6875" (H) x 18.75" (W) under double matte behind glass. Outer matte is a moss green color and inner matte is cream/antique white color. Framed artwork weighs about 8.14 lbs. Hanging hardware, backing board and paper dustcover are intact. Dustcover is missing one (out of two) wall protector (as seen in photos). Frame has overall shelf-wear, nicks and marks here-and-there. There seem to be a few faint spots on white paper on outside bottom edges of artwork (there are no spots on artwork as shown on photos). There are no cracks in frame or glass. Dustcover has some surface wear. Item is clean and odor free. Item is stored in a SMOKE/ODOR/PET-FREE, Climate-Controlled Environment.
