2 Fitz And & Floyd Gray Renaissance Inglaze and similar items

These are 2 (two) Fitz Floyd "Gray Renaissance" Inglaze cup and saucer sets. The cup is approximately 3 1/8" in diameter without the handle and 4" with the handle. The cup is approximately 2 1/8" high. The saucer is approximately 5 3/8" across and 7/8" high. The saucer does not have a defined well and could be used as a small plate for a small appetizer or a small dessert. The pattern, Gray Renaissance, has a very white porcelain body. The cup has an approximately 1/8" top or rim gold border, a 1/2" gray border and a gold line at the bottom. The gray border is lined with narrow black lines. The saucer has a narrow edge or rim gold border, a 5/8" gray border and a 1/8" inner gold band. There are 3 thin black lines separating each border. The handle is gold. Filled to the very brim, the cup holds approximately one cup or approximately 8 ounces. The gray is what I would call a "warm" gray not a steely or "cold" gray. Each piece is marked on the underside--"Gray Renaissance" Inglaze Fitz And Floyd, Inc. MCMLXXXI Japan FF131. I purchased this in the late 1980s, along with other items in this pattern, from a Denver china, silver, crystal, jewelry store to be my "good" china. I rarely used any of the pieces. I have not used any of the pieces in about 20 years and they have been packed away in quilted storage bags with separators to minimize stacking marks. I inspected these cups and saucers and saw no chips, cracks, scratches, gold loss, use marks or discoloration. The pieces are highly reflective and any "marks" in the photos are reflections. A few of the pieces have a small stray fleck under the glaze which is, I think, from the black line. I am downsizing and am selling my "good" china. I hope someone will actually use it.
