1993 Grant Howard Ceramic Santa Claus and 50 similar items

This is a Christmas Holiday ceramic cookie jar by Grant Howard made in China in 1993. I do not have the original box. I never used this cookie jar for cookies only for display. It displays a traditional Santa Claus with a reindeer at his side, a bell in his hand, and a bag of toys by his side. He is wearing a traditional red coat with white trim. The trim has holly leaves and berries along it. Over his red coat, he has a flowing green cape. He also wears the traditional red cap with white trim and white ball, also with holly leaves and berries. He has black gloves and black boots. One of his trusty reindeers lays by Santa's side with a dreamy look on his face as Santa strokes him. The toy bag has candy canes, a bear, a drum and other items. This cookie jar is decorated and glazed all the way around. The inside is glazed also. The underside is glazed in the middle and unglazed around the edge. The words Made in China are impress in the middle of the under side. The cookie jar is approximately 10 1/2" tall. Its shape is triangular with the narrowest part at the top, Santa's head, and it widens as it goes to the bottom. The jar opening is approximately 4 3/4" x 3 1/4". The bottom size is approximately 8 3/4" x 5 1/4". The jar is approximately 5" front to back. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, crazing, repairs, or stains. I used to go all in on my Christmas decor, but I have not been able to decorate for years. This cookie jar has been packed away for years. I am downsizing and am selling the bulk of my Christmas holiday items. It is time for someone else to enjoy this charming cookie jar. Non-smoking household.
