Minor age-related surface wear from storage; overall excellent condition for display or use.
Classic Dixon?s Metropolitan 739-N92-HB pencils in red lacquer with gold imprint.
Made in the USA, likely mid-20th century (c.1950s?60s).
Highly collectible for fans of Dixon, vintage stationery, and mid-century office supplies.
These pencils were marketed as smooth-writing professional-grade HBs before the ?Ticonderoga? brand became dominant.
