Magnet is strong, most likely a Y30H or C8 grade, which is very common for speaker magnets, and is axially magnetized through the full thickness. Ideal for both entertainment and practical purposes, will never rust and is a fraction of the cost of neodymium magnets of similar size. NOTE: This and several of the other magnets that I have for sale are used and they are not pristine-perfect. There may be very minor chips, flakes or dried glue residue where it was separated from steel speaker housing.
