This Vintage 1980s does 1920s sheer gauzy sailor dress screams Gatsby! Designed by Jessica McClintock, this dress features, short puff sleeves, large lace sailor collar with bow, drop waist, pleated skirt with lace detail, and buttons down the back. The fabric has very faint white on white flowers. I would date this early 1980s.
