Plus a new stainless steel knife.
Two very hard-to-find sizes for making sausage and larger ground meat for chili.
Plate measures 2 3/8" across. 1/4" thick with 3/8" center hole. Stainless steel for easy clean-up and storage. Fits virtually all standard #8 size electric or manual meat grinders. LEM, Universal, Cabelas, Choprite, MTN, Alfa, Torrey and many others.
