It has a copyright date of 1907 on it, and was published by Jos. W. Stern Co. It is in good condition, for its age. The cover pages have many small tears, as do the pages. There are also some scuffs and light stains on the cover and pages. The music is 7 pages long. There are many tears along the edges, and there are pencil notations throughout the music. The cover pages are torn away from each other. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
