This is an estate find. If you like nice things and real African art you can create an heirloom quality home decor item with this item.
This village scene #7 is an example of African Marquetry folk art, pictures made with inlaid strips of thin veneer on fabric. The wood has been clear-coated and just gleams when the light hits it.
We have 12 all the same size but different pictures. So check our other items if you need more. The black fabric is 10" x 7". The wood veneer art is 8.25" x 5.5". These are beautiful and remarkable. They can be matted and framed to suit. They are currently stored and will be shipped in 8 1/2 X 11 plastic sheet protectors for your ring binder. Ask to combine and save on your shipping costs.
