Check online for compatibility using the part number:

Both rear mounting points are in great, just put a little adhesive on and push the emblem in. Maybe throw some tape over the emblem to keep it pressed against the trunk and wait for adhesive to dry.
This may fit other Honda cars but idk as of right now. If you’re curious if it will fit your application you can always ask me and I’ll check.
