An extremely informative 1947 vintage, 88 page, sewing manual from the Simplicity pattern company. It begins with determining your pattern size, what pattern type you are and how you can alter patterns to make the most of yur figure. It also covers what colors and types of fabrics best suite you. It goes on to instruct how to cut novelty fabrics, match stripes and plaids and what weight of fabric to use for different articles of clothing. It is fully illustrated and covers every bit of information that could possibly be needed to make beautiful clothing. It is in good used vintage condition, with all pages intact. Would make a terrific gift for a special someone. All my items come from my clean, smoke free home.

I only had parts of this pattern at home from years ago. I started to make the pants and found I was missing some pieces of the pattern. Looked on line and found one here and it was never used. I was so happy!
