Item description
Earthscapes - First Day of Issue -stamps of a series still attached with cancellation stamps on the front. On the back of the bag it says FDC FP item # 470162 Pkg not suitable for Philatelic Archiving. The stamps have a piece of cardboard behind the stamps and are sealed in the bag so it sounds like it was meant to be removed when you recieve it.
USPS Stamps
The postmark on the stamps are Oct 1, 2012 from Greenbelt, Maryland 20770
I mail these first class in a heavy-duty mailer with a piece of foamcore in it to reinforce the package to keep them from bending it. I also write on it "do not bend or fold" so hopefully they will take care of it like they would a photo. If you would prefer insurance or priority mail, please email me before paying and I will adjust the shipping fees.
