The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, but there are a few handwritten notations on the pamphlet, and a few small tears along the edges. The pamphlet is 8.25” top to bottom, 3.5” side to side, and opens up to 8.25” from top to bottom, and 7.25” from side to side. I am unsure of the exact age of the pamphlet. It is a nice one and would be a great collectible piece.
