For fine flakes, coarse gratings or thin slices! To use the rotary grater you firmly place it on a stable surface. Properly secure it by using the built-in suction foot or table clamp. This clamp can be used on tables/counter tops up to 8 cm thick. Afterwards all you have to do is fill it, push the product down, turn the lever and you are done.
