Packing All our books and magazines are stored and sealed in plastic bags. They are sent in padded mail lite bags or hardback envelopes. Posters are sent in a tube, inside an envelope. Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent through a trackable service. Delivery All items are despatched from our UK warehouses. We use respected couriers only - Royal Mail UK Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs of confirmed payment. Larger more expensive items will be sent through a trackable service. If your item was dispatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item.
