The shoulder strap is adjustable and removable. There are 2 outside full size pockets. The second to the last (the two gold tone hooks to connect) is no longer the original. The original hook hardware screw broke off. I contacted Coach, and I found out they don't sell their hardware to the public. They offer to fix it with a fee without a timeframe when they will finish the job. Therefore, I took it to a professional cobbler to have it service. I will continue applying leather conditioner until this bag sell. Coming from a non-smoker and no perfume owner and household.
