Black Nebula Carrot (Daucus carota) is a unique and rare carrot for the garden. Nantes style carrot that is deep purple inside and out and all the way throughout the roots. The purple hue is so saturated it is used as a dye. Roots are sweet with a hint of a berry taste to them. Excellent eaten raw, cooked or juiced. If juicing, try add squirt of lemon juice to turn the color pink. High in anthocyanins and Vitamin C
