Here today are a used pair of women's pink Anthony Richards 18p pants. The elastic has very little spring in it any more. Might bounce back a few inches. . The measures 21 inches laying flat at the waist. Inseam is is about 29 inches. See photos as they are an important part of the description and will help you know what you are bidding on.
