It is new and is mounted to a piece of plywood and wrapped in plastic for storage. I took some close ups of the information label. It is also marked: VCP3584T, Spec. 05E248X007H1, Frame 145TC. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition and packaged the same way.
