It is pretty rusty with some missing screws. The vertical standing center part is mounted with two screws. (would need to be assembled). The bottom part looks from top like an open book. It sits on 4 feet. There are two screw holes (screws missing) on each wing. The brushes which are placed within the square wings are missing. The frame is approximately 10 inches (26 cm) x 8 inches (20 cm). With the vertical center piece in place it is approximately 5 inches (12.5 cm) in height. It weights approximately 3.81lb (1.73kg). This cast iron frame is old and used, with some visible traces of wear. Some corrosion, rust, paint chips and some missing screws. It will need to be assembled (two screws). The brushes are missing.
