VINTAGE Set of 8 Thomas HOLIDAY Crystal and 50 similar items

This is a SET of 8 crystal glasses from Thomas in great pre-owned vintage condition. The glass shape is appropriate for champagne or as a tall sherbet glass. Could also be used for mousse or fruity desserts. Pattern is called Holiday since it is obviously an elegant, special occasion design and features a beautiful twisted stem that looks like a spiral when looking in the inside center of the glass and like a twisted braid from the outside. The pattern was discontinued in 2000, having been produced since about 1989. Each glass is acid marked with Thomas and was produced in a three part mold process. These glasses are very elegant for usage with drinks or dessert and have a beautiful crystal "ding" that confirms the quality. Approximately sized 5.25" tall x 4.25" wide in diameter (measuring across center of the glass) at the opening. Each glass weighs a little over half a pound with a nice sturdy stem (making breakage less likely) and thin top that allows nice light reflection. These are very pretty glasses in great pre-owned condition with no damage or signs of excessive wear.
