He designed these and this was from his personal collection. I purchased a lot of items from his estate sale held at his home on Dec 19th 2024. His stamp is on the back The plastic is cracked You can see that this was made of cut colored paper and colored pencils, as George designed a lot of different toys for various toy companies Obviously the real ones that were made by Irwin looked nothing like this, so George changed the design.
