Therefore, when they received the item and found some residue of the polish compound on the product, they thought it was used. Please know this is how polished aluminum should be. This item is 100% new and this is how it should look. You can wipe the compound easily if you happen to have some on it and even polish it with a little car polish to get the best shine of it.
