Vintage Post-it Note Pad Apple Décor Holder and similar items

From a smoke free home, pretty good vintage condition, a few small areas on the leaves where there is a scuff in the flocking. This opens up to have fun shaped small paper for writing reminders on as well as pins to attach them to the apple, the box has fun graphics as well and there is even a ladybug on one of the leaves. Originally there would have been a small pen but that is missing and there is a price written on the outside of the box from years ago. Neat for someone who has an apple theme, please see pictures for the best description.
