Item description
This adapter allows you to run hex shank brushes on the 18V Ryobi scrubbers P4500, P4510 and the PCL1701K. Patent Pending 2026. This is the adapter only. Tools and brushes are not included.
The only attachments offered by Ryobi for their 18V scrubbers are large flat brushes. This adapter enables you to use any 1/4" hex shank brush on your scrubber. You can run every shape and size including detail brushes for cleaning wheels, tires, white lettering, bumpers, grills, etc.
The hex shank retention is a slip fit so IF you carry the tool pointed straight down the bit can slip out. A simple magnet placed on the inside of the adapter would prevent the brush from sliding out but so far this has not been necessary.
Note that while this adapter is precisely centered these Ryobi scrubbers are not pinpoint precision tools like a drill. These scrubbers have a mild oscillation which is easier to see with this adapter attached.
