We are pleased to offer this lot of 3 very interesting vintage German prayer/holy cards. Included in this lot are: 1 card featuring lovely artwork of a young Jesus sitting down with a lamb, with cherubs and flowers. This card has some corner creases and minor water marks. The back features an advertisement for holy cards from the Art Institute of Munich, making this most likely a sample card. All text is in German. Quite interesting. 1 card showing 3 young girls with sashes and a hidden head behind one girl's shoulder. Behind them is an image representing the Miracle of Walldurn, showing crucified Jesus and the 11 heads of Jesus. This card has diecut edges. On the back is a prayer in German. 1 card showing a central motif representing the Miracle of Walldurn, also showing crucified Jesus and the 11 heads of Jesus. This one is surround by corner motifs of flowers and has diecut edges. On the back is a prayer in German. These cards are in nice vintage condition but not perfect. One has a small smudge on the front. One has some corner creases and minor water marks. All still display very well. Please see my detailed photos.
