Vintage Early/Mid 1960's Solex 28 Pict Carburetor. Made in W. Germany. It's been sitting on the shelf for many years. Being Sold for parts value. If planning to rebuild, you need to take apart, blast, clean and replace gaskets before use. Also Please Note: the Choke element is Missing (see 4th pic).
