Item description
Kodak Kodascope Sixteen-20 Film Projector Silent 16mm w/Reel, Case Film Works!
Kodak Kodascope Sixteen-20 Film Projector Silent 16mm w/Reel, Case Film Works! In excellent cosmetic and working condition. Comes with film (HERE COMES THE CIRCUS).
This is an authentic, original, Kodak Kodascope Sixteen 20 movie projector is 1940 circa. It has been tested. It still runs and works! Initial testing showed it ran as designed. Film has been run through and is included.
Overall, it is in quite good cosmetic shape. Nonetheless, it does run fine; both the spindles turn in both directions, the main projector bulb works. The Thread Light / Control button bulb does illuminate.
As with any unit this age it could use a proper service oil tune up. The belt on the motor works well but may need to be replaced. One very unique piece of history indeed. This World War II era movie projector's last patent date was from 1942. Projector works but has sat for years - it should be oiled and serviced before using.
Collectible Vintage 1940's Kodak Kodascope Sixteen -20 16mm Projector, in good cosmetic condition. Projector works. Features push button switches for On/Off, Forward, Reverse/Rewind and Lamp On/ Off controls, Fast/Slow Speed Control, a Vertical Adjustment Knob, Lamp Centering Screw, a Thread Knob and Thread Light, Threaded Screw On and Off 1 1/2" Lamp Reflector for easy cleaning, a "Still" picture lever, a 2" F 1.6 Focus Lens, and a retractable power cord.
The Thread Light / Control bulb does illuminate.
This will definitely make for a great way to throwback and appreciate some history as well as a nice conversation piece too. Ships from the USA and comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.
It has provided many families with decades of enjoyment and yet its mission is not over. It seeks a new owner who will enjoy it as those before it had.
