Item description
This charming Farmhouse Rooster Chicken decor is a charming addition to any kitchen, shelf, or entryway. This piece is fairly large (approximately measures 18 inches tall (with crown held straight) x 19 inches wide x 13 inches deep) and so would be a great ?statement piece? to add some country charm, color and playful fun to your decorum, especially if your style is farmhouse. Notice the third from last picture showing a regular side soda can in comparison and that the weight is 3 pounds.
This guy was sewn neatly together, with at least some by hand handiwork, and then something (glue, plaster of Paris?) was painted on top of some areas like the legs and body to stiffen. Since stiffened, the rooster sits on its own. The crown comically tilts to the side, which I personally like but if you prefer it upright, you could sink in a pin or skewer from the top.
