There is a loose material on the leg as shown in photos. It is one of the wrap around parts of yarn. It does stay in place when wearing and can also be sewn back for a more secure fit. It isn't too bad at all. SEE LAST PHOTO. A few very light stains throughout, nothing horrible. I am not sure how to clean these so I am selling as is for a great price. These were very expensive to buy.
